For job seekers
Job seeker user guide
Step by step help for nannies, cooks, drivers, housekeepers, security staff and other domestic workers using Unik Hands.
Part 1
Introduction to Unik Hands
What Unik Hands is and how it helps you find verified work.
Unik Hands connects verified domestic staff with households and businesses in Nigeria: home care, childcare, cooking, driving, security, and maintenance and outdoor work. After you log in, your Home page shows what needs your attention, your wallet balance and your profile strength.
Every job seeker is checked before an employer can hire them: BVN, NIN, home address and two guarantors. When you are hired, your salary is paid every month into your Unik Hands wallet, and you can withdraw it to your own bank account.
You can use the web app on a computer or the Unik Hands app on your phone. Each chapter of this guide shows one task, step by step, with a short video.
