A driver has your car, your routine and often your children. Unik Hands checks the identity, address and guarantors of every driver before their profile is approved; you should still check the driving itself before you hire.

What to check yourself
- See the original driver's licence and check it is valid. Unik Hands does not verify driving licences.
- Take a test drive on your own usual routes, including traffic and parking.
- Agree what happens with fuel money, tolls and car keys at the end of the day.
What to put in your job post
- Your area and the routes you drive most often
- Manual or automatic, and the type of car
- Live-in or live-out, and the working hours, including early starts, late nights and weekends
- Whether the job includes school runs or out-of-town trips
- The monthly salary you are offering: at least ₦85,000 for a live-in job or ₦120,000 for a live-out job

You agree the salary directly with the person you hire, and no commission or fee is taken when salary is paid. Staff pay their own one-time verification fee of ₦10,000. Fees can change; the app shows the current fee before you confirm a payment. See what each plan includes

- Choose Employer, or Premium Employer if you want us to hand-pick a driver for you.
- Post a job for a driver with the details above.
- Review verified applicants, message them and interview them in the app.
- Make an offer, then pay the salary from your wallet straight to theirs, with a record of every payment.
